Administrative

Our administrative staff is accountable for keeping Insigniam’s talented and driven staff focused and organized. If you enjoy working at lightning speed, in an ever-changing environment, join us for a rewarding and exciting career working with senior executives, sales professionals, and consultants. We’re looking for experienced candidates to serve as executive or administrative assistants, sales support, project coordinators, and receptionists.

  • Account Manager—Full Time

    Location: Narberth, PA & Laguna Beach, CA

    Seeking an experienced account manager to support full-time sales and consulting teams. Must be a self-starter, requiring minimal supervision in this fast-paced, high-growth environment. This person will work within the broader context of the team as well as interface with all areas of the business globally.

    Projects and assignments cover a wide range of administrative matters from assisting with client projects, to supporting sales activities and ordering office supplies. This individual will represent Insigniam both internally and externally with a considerable level of discretion, professionalism, efficiency, diplomacy, and tact.

    It is essential that you thrive in a team environment and that you have a positive approach despite changes and challenges. You should have excellent judgment, be able to ensure work is handled efficiently and accurately, and be flexible.

    DUTIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:

    • Generating reports
    • Calendar management
    • Account/Project management
    • Event and space planning
    • Travel planning
    • Creating PowerPoint presentations
    • Social media savvy
    • Proof-reading

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • AA or BA/BS degree
    • Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated experience performing relevant administrative work

    Location: North America, Europe, Hong Kong, and Thailand

    The Client Development & Sales Representative is responsible for developing leads, generating new business, and cultivating continuous expansion of business with our current corporate clients.

    Successful Development & Sales Representative candidates will:

    • Possess a quantifiable record of success in B2B sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
    • Demonstrate a solution-based approach to addressing customer needs and must understand complex sales cycles
    • Be adept at developing relationships at executive levels
    • Display strong skills in identifying prospective clients, cold calling senior executives, developing and nurturing relationships, generating in-person sales meetings via cold calling, and closing business
    • Create innovative and effective solutions to propose to clients regarding their business problems, and promote and sell Insigniam’s consulting solutions to senior executives in $1B and higher corporations globally
    • The ability to prospect and manage accounts, as well as develop new business in competitive situations is essential
    • This position requires the ability to provide a forecast of the business and project the results in a consistent and knowledgeable fashion on a quarterly and annual basis

    Qualifications:

    • Requires a seasoned, sales professional with 3-6 years experience selling services or intangibles
    • Experience or comfort selling to at Senior/Executive level in a B2B environment
    • Must have excellent verbal as well as written communication skills and the ability to articulate Insigniam’s strategy as well as Insigniam’s value proposition
    • Thrive on “hunting” sales scenarios, organized, energetic, friendly, self-managing, motivated
    • Additionally, must be highly motivated and organized, able to travel (50%+ of the time), reside in the region, attention to detail, work independently, and possess strong analytical/problem-solving skills
    • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; FileMaker experience a plus
    • BS/BA degree required and must have demonstrable record over quota achievement from new Business Development
    • Must possess excellent skill-sets in the following areas: time/territory management, prospecting, and verbal/written communications
    • Must be adept at utilizing and maintaining account management and sales forecasting tools
