A global European brewing company needed an Asia-centric leadership development program to raise the quality of their leaders in Asia.
The company hired Insigniam’s leadership development consultants to help build an internal training program for Asia-based leaders. They customized three programs for each business unit.
The programs were effectively designed to enhance accountability in senior management, empower teams to take more initiative, promote delegation from a culturally sensitive context, and build comfort using different leadership styles. This included building long-term team development and coaching competency, enabling leaders to energize teams in face of ambitious targets, teaching skill in providing constructive feedback and confrontation if necessary, as well as developing leadership competencies in daily life.
