Prior to joining Insigniam, Robert Granholm worked as an Apple “Genius” and ran his own technical support business. His technical expertise includes enhancing the efficiency and reliability of Insigniam’s technical systems, launching an internal podcast for calls, and managing the firm’s cloud-based infrastructure. He aims to lend transparency to a field often shrouded in technocratic jargon and is adept at managing users’ expectations, particularly in high-pressure situations.Rob holds a B.A. in Information Technology and Youth Ministry from Eastern University.
