Haley Dillan

Haley Dillan is an experienced consultant working directly with individuals and teams committed to breakthroughs in their organizations. Over the last ten years, she has managed future-driven organizational change initiatives across finance, technology, retail, transport, and agriculture industries and led international leadership programs across the globe.

In previous roles, Haley has worked as a strategic consultant for freedom of religion and belief in Iraq and state-building in Tunisia. In Kenya and Cambodia, she led technical organizational learning and local leadership development initiatives on behalf of the United States Agency for International Development, with Nobel-Prize nominee Search for Common Ground. In Lebanon, Haley led human rights monitoring and cross-functional coordination on behalf of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees at the height of the Syrian refugee crisis.

Haley holds a Masters of Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, and a Bachelor’s of the Arts with Honors from the University of Oregon in International Studies. She is fluent in French and Arabic. Her personal goals include developing her farm in Northern California with her family.
