The High Performance Leader

The High Performance Leader (HPL) is designed to significantly impact the ability of senior executives (C Suite through VP) to generate and sustain new levels of business performance. Participants develop state of the art competencies that expand their abilities to generate new models and approaches and to reinvent the rules of the game. Participants elevate their capacity to:

  • Create rapid change and competitive advantage in the business environment
  • Invent and execute unprecedented strategies and innovative initiatives
  • Mobilize others’ commitment and passion
  • Generate and sustain new levels of performance




  • Module 1: November 6, 7 and 8, 2019
  • Module 2: December 10, 11 and 12, 2019
  • Module 3: January 14, 15 and 16, 2020
  • Module 4: February 17, 18 and 19, 2020
  • Module 5: April 1, 2, and 3, 2020

The High Performance Leader is limited to fifteen people per program and has five 2.5 day working sessions over seven months. In addition to the working sessions, participants receive bimonthly executive coaching, pre-course and end-of-course 360 feedback, psychometric report on their personality preferences and a report on their individual leadership style, Impression Management consultation and direct peer feedback. Each participant also executes a breakthrough project that has an ROI of at least 5x the investment of the program. This open enrollment course is scheduled to start in October 2019 in the USA.
