International management consulting firm Insigniam has added three consultants to its roster: JulieAnn Weber, Shakti Dudley and Judd Newman.
JulieAnn Weber brings over 24 years of expertise in end-to-end medical device strategy and innovation to Insigniam as a consultant based in Florida. Weber’s experience spans the value chain, from the earliest stages of R&D through development, regulatory approval, manufacturing and distribution, marketing, strategy and sales. She has worked with Johnson & Johnson Vision Care since 1990 in research and development, product development and launch, sales management, market expansion and more for its popular disposable contact lens brand, Acuvue®. Weber currently serves as the director-at-large of the Florida chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
Shakti Dudley adds her expertise in the field of human development to Insigniam as a consultant based out of Colorado. Dudley has more than 36 years of experience in the art and science of executive coaching and consulting. Shakti specializes in transformational leadership training, championship team building, organizational development and personal coaching for clients such as Bayer AG, Hoechst AG, Siemens AG, Digital Corporation, Nabisco, NutraSweet, Mrs. Fields Cookies, the Phoenix Suns, the Kansas City Chiefs, the Governor of Hawaii and the Mayor of New Orleans.
