International management consulting firm, Insigniam, has been certified as Great Place to Work® for second straight year.
PHILADELPHIA (PRWEB) JULY 25, 2018
For the second year in a row, Insigniam was certified as a great place to work by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. Insigniam earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys.
“When we started this company, we wanted to accomplish two things. The first, was to do really great work with clients. The second was to create a compelling environment for our colleagues to work. To make Insigniam a place where employees felt both self-expressed and lit up by their work. Today, we could not be prouder to have received affirmation from them that we have achieved creating that compelling environment,” said co-founding partner, Nathan Owen Rosenberg, Sr. “I am proud to work here, but I’m even more proud of each one of my colleagues who come to work each day and are up to something bigger than themselves.”
The results from the 2018 Great Place to Work® survey shows that Insigniam’s employees feel they work for a company that is empowering, supportive, and is providing them with positive work opportunities. Insigniam employees cited management’s transparency, the quality of benefits, time off to volunteer, a generous bonus program, and the opportunity to do pro bono consulting engagements as reasons for rating the company so highly.
“The partners of Insigniam are all accountable for creating and maintaining the firm’s culture every day. We could not be prouder of the work the entire organization has done to make Insigniam such a great place to work,” said Jen Zimmer, partner. “I believe, and we think the results of the survey show the employee body at large believes also, that Insigniam really is a place where you can have anything you want for yourself and your life.”
“According to our study, 88 percent of Insigniam employees say it is a great workplace,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Great Place to Work Certification & List Production.
Insigniam employees completed 42 surveys, resulting in a 90 percent confidence level and a margin of error of ± 0.00.
