Consultant — United States
Breanna’s background is embedded in data analytics, data conversions, requirements gathering, project management, change management, and performance management. Her experience in consulting brings her to Insigniam from Accenture. She is passionate about high performance, team work, and providing leadership to those around her; as a demonstration of that, she continues to mentor first year student-athletes to help them adjust to the demands of Division 1 sports, academics, and life.
In a recent engagement, Breanna worked with a multi-hospital system to assess the network of conversations that hold it together and to further embed a common culture across the system that will support the organization in reaching its goals.
Breanna holds her B.S. in economics from Duke University where she developed her thesis work around policy leading to the re-segregation of public schools in urban areas. Dedicating most of her life to athletics, Breanna is an athlete on the Jamaican Women’s National Volleyball Team and a former varsity athlete for Duke’s women’s volleyball team.
