Director of Worldwide Client Services - United States
Karen Turner designs and implements policies and procedures that streamline processes for Insigniam and its clients. She provides administrative, account management, and customer services. Karen has been part of the Insigniam team since 1995. Her experience positions her well to manage the administrative support team worldwide so they can deliver value to consultants and clients.
Prior to joining Insigniam, Karen worked in the legal services, banking, consulting, and retail industries. She managed a fifteen-person support staff and five attorneys as they developed the largest bankruptcy practice in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While working in banking, she became the youngest supervisor appointed in the check clearance department.
Karen holds an A.A. in Liberal Arts from the Community College of Philadelphia.
