Josh has had a robust career as an executive in human resources in which he honed his abilities to build and grow divisions, develop strategic direction and workforce strategies, and produce viable solutions to achieve company human resources objectives. Throughout his career, Josh used his seasoned recruitment and management skills to pilot key business task forces with innovative foresight to effectively drive business growth efforts from conception to fruition. Josh’s accomplishments include building a 50-person startup into a 750-person global Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) operation. In his role, he was responsible for every aspect of Global Human Resources and workforce strategy with 96% employee retention for the company. He managed the company’s most complex legal matters and employee negotiations, including hiring over half of the Executive Team. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
