Kelly Robyn joined Insigniam with a solid foundation of driving growth and profitability, enabling and empowering teams, and impacting stakeholder relations.

With 12 years of experience in international corporate business development, Kelly has managed sales training, marketing strategy, and IT transformation. She also has over six years of coaching expertise, working with executives, board members, and organizations to achieve breakthrough results.

As a sponsor of IT transformation at one of the world’s largest full-service dining companies, she led the interdepartmental transition to cloud-based operations. In 2019, she was recognized with an Impact Award for designing and launching a top-level training tracking and reporting system used to bring transparency and accuracy to a large-scale internal training initiative.

Kelly holds a B.A. from The Claremont Colleges in International and Intercultural Studies and Philosophy and studied Foreign Policy at the University of Freiburg, Germany.  She continued her education by pursuing certifications in Executive Coaching from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and Leadership and Management from The Predictive Index.

In college, she served as a student ambassador to the United Nations in Switzerland, as well as NATO and the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium.  She has continued to explore diverse cultures and build relationships abroad by traveling to over a dozen countries including England, France, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Estonia and looks forward to more!

Kelly has participated with Toastmasters International for almost a decade, winning several district-level competitions and eventually earning the distinguished designation of Club President. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Mind-1-1, a tech-based mental health nonprofit that launched in 2021. An inspired advocate for human rights, animal welfare, and transformation, Kelly continues to expand her mind and network by attending conferences on innovation, leadership, and technology. She is passionate about women becoming leaders in business and leads by example.
