Sarah Dancy Blackburn is a management consultant with an international background. Her career at Insigniam has taken her from the U.S. to France, where she works out of our Paris office. She has successfully led client engagements across industries such as pharmaceuticals, automotive and food & beverage.
Sarah Dancy’s work is centered on driving organizational change and fostering high-performance leaders. She has worked with clients to enhance team communication, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and improve organizational alignment. Notably, her work has been instrumental in the successful execution of key transformation initiatives for her clients, directly contributing to business growth and operational excellence.
Beyond her consulting expertise, Sarah Dancy is committed to professional development and leadership within her community. She recently led the sponsorship team for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) European Leadership Summit in Milan, Italy. Passionate about achieving gender equity in leadership positions and facilitating career and business connections, Sarah Dancy has been an active volunteer for the HBA for the past two years.
She holds a Master of Science in Management and a bachelor’s degree in French studies from Wake Forest University. Her passion for languages and cross-cultural experiences is rooted in her time as a Rotary International Exchange Student in Burgundy, France, and her academic studies. She also holds the prestigious Diplôme de Français Professionnel (DFP C1) from the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry, reflecting her proficiency in business French.
