Insigniam, a leading international management consulting firm, will release the findings from their 2013 Executive Sentiment Survey in the March 15 launch of Insigniam Quarterly, a new thought leadership magazine designed to help companies fulfill a commitment to reaching unprecedented business results. The magazine will be released in both print and digital formats, delivered four times a year.

The survey reveals an innovation dilemma—while nearly 87% of executives say innovation is critically important to their company’s ability to succeed or strengthen their competitive advantage over the next three years, only 15% say that they are prepared to execute on innovation.

“The disparity around innovation is bad news for companies,” says Shideh Sedgh Bina, editor-in-chief of Insigniam Quarterly and one of Insigniam’s founding partners. “Executives expect to increase revenue, but if they haven’t been able to deliver successful innovation in the past, they certainly cannot deliver it now. It begs the question—how do you truly drive sustained innovation in an enterprise if you are only partially prepared?”

Other stories in the first issue of Insigniam Quarterly include a profile on TI CEO Rich Templeton; a roundtable discussion with executives from major corporations; and columns from CEOs, professors and authors. To learn more about Insigniam, please visit https://insigniam.com.
