International management consulting firm, Insigniam, has been certified as Great Place to Work® for second straight year.

For the second year in a row, Insigniam was certified as a great place to work by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. Insigniam earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys.

The results from the 2018 Great Place to Work® survey shows that Insigniam’s employees feel they work for a company that is empowering, supportive, and is providing them with positive work opportunities. Insigniam employees cited management’s transparency, the quality of benefits, time off to volunteer, a generous bonus program, and the opportunity to do pro bono consulting engagements as reasons for rating the company so highly.
