Nathan Owen Rosenberg, Sr., co-founder of Insigniam, an international management consulting firm specializing in innovation, breakthrough performance, and corporate culture, has been re-elected to serve on the Boy Scouts of America executive board, and was selected by the other board members to serve on the executive committee as the vice president of operations.

Prior to co-founding Insigniam, Nathan was chairman and president of a manufacturing company specializing in high-technology breathing devices. He was also an executive in the West Coast’s largest minority-owned advertising agency, and a managing partner in a national real estate investment firm. As a young man, he was an officer and aviator in the United States Navy and served as the secretary of defense’s executive support officer and national security advisor to the U.S. senate majority leader.
Nathan is also a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development; a nonprofit, nonpartisan, business-led, public policy organization that delivers well researched analysis and reasoned solutions on our nation’s most critical issues. He is chairman of the Air Force Academy Rugby Alumni Group.
