The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) has chosen JulieAnn Weber from Insigniam, an international management consulting firm, to receive honors at its annual “Woman of the Year” event in New York City on May 14, 2015.

JulieAnn Weber, a consultant based in Florida, will be honored with a 2015 HBA Rising Star Award. This award recognizes professionals who, in the early to mid stages of their career, have shown exemplary dedication to the healthcare industry and contributes significantly to their respective organizations. Additionally, the Rising Star Award spotlights those who have inspired and mentored others, and those who truly represent what a top talent and team player are.

Weber received the HBA Raising The Bar Award in 2012. Between 2008 and 2013, she’s been recognized by Johnson and Johnson four times, the distinctions include the Standard of Leadership Award for Comprehensive Care Strategic Plan in 2008, the Gold Standards of Leadership Award for Chairing the first Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Global Leadership Summit in 2009, the Platinum Standards of Leadership Award, Sales Force Restructuring in 2012, and the Gold Encore Award for Leading National Accounts Scenario Planning Workshops in 2013.

“Julie’s dedication to her clients, commitment to Insigniam, and fidelity to her HBA chapter is inspiring,” says Shideh Sedgh Bina, founding partner of Insigniam who received the “2014 Woman of the Year” honors from the HBA. “She brings a passion and an overwhelming sense of determination to her work that’s coveted by organizations throughout the world. Shortly after joining Insigniam she quickly established herself as a leader, in the organization — and in the healthcare industry — and we are incredibly proud of her recognition.”

HBA chapter board member and Insigniam partner, Bonnie Wingate, says, “Insigniam and the HBA is overjoyed to recognize Julie — not only for her accomplishments in the world of healthcare, but also for being an inspiring woman who, through her vision and assiduousness, empower Insigniam and its employees to achieve more, go further, and perform at their highest level.”

Weber will be formally recognized at the annual HBA Silver Anniversary Conference event on May 14, 2015.
