Insigniam Grows Business With New Consulting Talent
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) October 18, 2012
Insigniam, a leading international management consulting firm, has added two new consultants, Ira Katz and Ross Pollack, to its roster of experts in breakthrough projects, change management, leadership performance, strategy, innovation, and enterprise wide transformation.
Ira Katz expands Insigniam’s practice in the pharmaceutical industry thanks to more than 30 years of experience in key aspects of drug research and drug development. During his career, Katz has worked for three major biopharmaceutical companies. His areas of expertise include clinical research, clinical operations, quality assurance, project management and portfolio project management. A former client of Insigniam, Katz has taught courses related to clinical development of drugs as an adjunct professor at Temple University.
“Ira will be an invaluable asset in our pharmaceutical practice,” says Michael R. Waldman, one of Insigniam’s founding partners. “His years of experience and expertise will allow us to deepen our approach when it comes to helping pharma companies innovate their processes and create lasting, positive change.”
Ross Pollack joins Insigniam after a successful tenure as CEO of Chinese movie studio Celestial Pictures Limited. His areas of expertise include change management, positioning, process and product redesign, negotiating, executive development and mentoring. Pollack, whose background includes senior management positions at international corporations like Sony Pictures Entertainment, will head up Insigniam’s Asia practice.
“Ross’s experience in Asian business markets adds new depth to our practice overseas,” says Waldman. “His consistent results and commitment to making a difference for his clients make him an excellent addition to our team.”
