Insigniam Grows International Footprint with Strategic New Hires
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) June 23, 2015
In the face of the growing importance of the global economy, international management consulting firm, Insigniam, has added seven consultants to bolster its worldwide presence: J. Geneviéve Bauhofer, UK; Emma Little, UK; Hyun Su Cho, South Korea; Don Durand, Canada; Tom Hatala, United States; Bill Broussard, United States; and Marsha Weiner, United States.
J. Geneviéve Bauhofer, based in the UK, brings over two decades of corporate and small and medium enterprises (SME) leadership experience to Insigniam. She has worked in a bevy of projects that have catalyzed organizations to penetrate new markets, align executive leadership, refresh corporate vision, reduce selling cycle time by 50%, and win additional market share. Geneviéve’s career has brought her to work and live in Switzerland, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
Emma Little, also based in the UK, has spent the majority of her career consulting a breadth of organizations across both the United States and Europe. Specializing in business development and sales cycles, her work has generated breakthroughs in enterprise sales where there was previously no perceived opening for success. Prior to joining Insigniam, Emma owned and operated her own consulting firm where she cultivated and developed her business from the ground up.
In order to meet the demand for their services with Canadian businesses, Insigniam added Don Durand, who’s based out of the burgeoning Western Canadian market in Vancouver, British Columbia. Don’s experience in high leadership positions in the military, and both the public and private sector have taught him that it is people, rather than plans and strategies, that produce unprecedented business results. Before founding his own management consulting firm, Don worked with senior leadership in West Africa where he worked with the Prime Minister of Cameroon, and the President of Liberia.
Hyun Su Cho represents Insigniam’s commitment to international growth outside of Europe and the United States, into the Asian market. Specializing in leadership development, executive coaching and leadership alignment, Hyun Su’s work has been described as invaluable as she’s helped some of the largest organizations in South Korea achieve unprecedented business results including LG, Mary Kay and Byucksan Engineering.
Tom Hatala, Bill Broussard and Marsha Weiner were also added to Insigniam’s consulting ranks to round out the international firm’s presence in the United States.
“As the economy quickly grows into a fluid, international entity, so too grows the need for everyone in the contemporary economic climate to adapt and reinforce their own international presence,” says Scott Beckett Insigniam partner accountable for talent acquisition. “The experience and expertise these consultants bring to their clients’ organizations is invaluable. However, beyond that deep set of skills and experience each of people possess, what stood out to Insigniam is the remarkable level of dedication and service these individuals bring to their clients and their work. We share a passion for service and a commitment to transforming the world of business and the practice of management and leadership.
