Insigniam co-founding partner Shideh Sedgh Bina and Gregory Trueblood, an Insigniam consultant, are conducting two workshop sessions at the 2013 Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Leadership Conference Nov. 13-15 at the Boston Marriott Copley Place Hotel in Boston, Mass.

The workshop, “Business Model Transformation: The Role of Innovation,” will help attendees recognize key business model types and elements, and apply a tool to identify and initiate business model innovation that can lead to breakthrough performance and higher management results.

“The challenge of creating new product innovation is great, but greater still is the challenge of innovating how business generates value,” says Bina. “This workshop will give attendees a framework to take the mystery out of how business models work so they can innovate the way they do business, regardless of the organizational type. They will walk out of the session with the tools they need to identify innovations that can be directly applied in their workplace.”

Bina and Trueblood’s workshop will be held at 10:45 a.m. on Nov. 14 and 3:00 p.m. on Nov. 15. For more information about the HBA Leadership Conference, please visit http://www.hbanet.org/hba-leadership-conference. For more information about Insigniam, please visit https://insigniam.com.
