JulieAnn Weber brings more than two decades of experience leading strategy, innovation, and transformation across the medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods industries. Her work spans global product development and commercialization, enterprise change initiatives, and cross-functional leadership that drives measurable business results.
Before rejoining Insigniam, Julie served as product portfolio director at ABB Optical, where she led the development of the company’s first private-label daily disposable lens brand and oversaw digital platform integrations with major contact lens manufacturers. She also initiated an industry-wide solution for diagnostic lens management, with the potential to unlock millions in annual savings.
Prior to ABB, Julie held an enterprise role at Johnson & Johnson, where she partnered with R&D, quality, and supply chain leaders to scale customer experience programs that generated several hundred million dollars and led a global change initiative that engaged more than 30,000 employees.
Julie previously served as an Insigniam consultant from 2014 to 2018, working with Fortune 500 executives to deliver breakthrough results in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Earlier in her career, she spent over 15 years with Johnson & Johnson Vision Care in both U.S. and international roles, where she led successful product launches, sales leadership, and strategic planning.
Julie holds a B.S. in Chemistry and an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Florida. She has received numerous honors, including Johnson & Johnson’s Gold Encore Award for strategy development, as well as the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association’s (HBA) Rising Star award and the HBA’s Raising the Bar Award.
