Dr. Kanousha Nchorere Medoua is a consultant who brings a sharp analytical lens and strategic acumen to her work with clients navigating organizational transformation. With a background in strategic consulting and entrepreneurship, she partners with executives to unlock performance, optimize operations, and drive meaningful change.

Before joining Insigniam, Dr. Medoua served as a strategic change consultant at Rise Above Coaching, advising senior leadership on talent acquisition and leading professional development workshops that significantly improved team productivity. Prior to that, as business operations manager at Axome Group, she implemented data-driven strategies that increased efficiency and reduced costs.

Dr. Medoua holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School, a Master of Arts in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

She is a member of the Center for Association Leadership, the National Leadership Society and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Medoua serves as a dissertation committee member at The Chicago School, mentoring doctoral candidates and supporting academic excellence.

Outside of her consulting work, Dr. Medoua is also the founder of The Crepe Factory LLC, a dessert catering business that achieved 200% revenue growth in its first three years of operations. Fluent in English and French, she is passionate about leadership development, coaching, and social impact.
