Mo has led enterprise transformation initiatives in more than 26 countries. Her recent work includes a multi-million-Euro digital supply chain overhaul for a global consumer goods company, delivering a 23% reduction in delivery blocks and substantial operational cost savings. She also led pre-sales and delivery planning for a multi-million digital banking platform built on Azure cloud architecture, and unified global PMO governance and service operations for a multinational beauty and personal care company—unlocking over €200 million in long-term strategic value.

Mo’s professional background spans both consulting and in-house transformation leadership, with tenure at Wipro, Deloitte, Accenture, and Vodafone Group. She has deep expertise in program delivery, Agile/SAFe coaching, technology modernization, and business case development. Clients and colleagues alike rely on her ability to orchestrate cross-functional, multi-geography teams and drive execution from strategy through implementation.

A Zimbabwean native, Mo moved to the United Kingdom in 2004. She holds an Executive MBA from The Open University and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Sheffield. She is also a certified SAFe Program Consultant and AWS Cloud Practitioner. In addition to her client work, Mo serves as a mentor to professional circles that support underrepresented communities, with a focus on career advancement, sponsorship, and well-being.
