Natasha Ellis is a consultant at Insigniam, where she works with senior leaders to translate strategic ambition into disciplined execution across complex, fast-moving enterprises. She brings a sharp understanding of how leadership teams, operating models, and cross-functional systems must align if organizations are to deliver breakthrough results in today’s technology-driven environment.

Before joining Insigniam, Natasha worked as a Business Analyst with BTS Group, a global strategy execution firm, partnering directly with C-suite and senior executive teams at companies including Google, Airbnb, and Salesforce. In these roles, she supported large-scale transformation efforts focused on strengthening organizational alignment, clarifying accountability, and improving execution across highly technical and matrixed operating models.

As a consultant, she is known for her ability to synthesize complex data, stakeholder input, and business dynamics into clear, actionable insight that helps clients turn ambiguity into momentum.

Natasha holds a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Technology from Berkeley’s College of Engineering. She is fluent in English and Russian.
