Introduction
Insigniam (also referred to as “our”, “us” or “we” throughout this Privacy Policy) understands that your privacy is important to you. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data, which is any information unique to and capable of identifying you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in business activities that support your customer relationship with Insigniam.
The Information We Collect
Insigniam may collect personal data on insigniam.com and https://insigniam.com/ (also referred to as “Sites” throughout this Privacy Policy) when users subscribe, register, request information or a response, sign up for events, apply for jobs, and participate in user posting areas, such as bulletin boards, discussion forums, and surveys. The personal data collected may include information you provide, such as any information used to subscribe to IQ Insigniam Quarterly® or your MyEdge profile on insigniam.com, the articles and blogs you save to your MyEdge profile on insigniam.com, with no limitation to your access (ID/password), your company or other institutional affiliations, and your contact information (first name, last name, mailing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers). We may also automatically collect your personal data while you interact with and browse our Sites. The automatically collected personal data may include your IP address, device identifier, web browser, and browsing information collected through cookies on our Sites.
We do not collect sensitive information, meaning any information regarding an individual’s medical condition, racial or ethnic origin, politics, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or sexual life. We do not collect personal data or any information from children. Any need for such information would not be met without first notifying you in advance and obtaining your written, explicit consent.
The Way We Use Collected Information
Insigniam uses your personal data to better understand your needs and provide you with better service including, but not limited to, fulfilling your requests for information about who we are and our services, your participation in our events, and reviewing and considering any employment-related inquiries that you may submit. Insigniam may also use your personal data in analyzing the user behavior on our Sites to measure interest in specific items posted on our Sites. Insigniam may provide your personal data to any of its affiliates worldwide for such purposes.
Insigniam will not sell, assign, or rent your personal data to any third party without your permission. Should Insigniam change this policy, we will amend these Terms and Conditions and post the amended document on these Sites.

Your personal data will be stored in our secure and encrypted Qualtrics and Oracle NetSuite CRM databases.
Your personal data will be used for the distribution of Insigniam’s award-nominated, thought-leadership magazine, IQ Insigniam Quarterly® as well as other relevant, thought-leadership materials and Insigniam News in digital format.
Unsubscribe
If you have subscribed to the digital or hard copy distribution of our award-winning thought leadership magazine, IQ Insigniam Quarterly®, opted in to receive our emails or create a MyEdge profile on insigniam.com, and you prefer to both not to receive future communications in any form from us or request that all information associated with your profile be deleted, please email [email protected].
General Data Protection Regulation
You may request confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being processed by us, where your personal data is being processed, and for what purpose your personal data is being processed. If you make that request, we will provide you with a copy of your personal data, free of charge, in an electronic, commonly used, and readable format. You have the right to transfer your personal data to a third-party data controller. We may delete your personal data upon request once we have compared your rights to the public interest in the availability of the data.
