This event will explore the relationship between humans and emerging technologies and what will be required of leaders—and enterprises—to thrive in this new environment.
Over 15 years ago, we initiated the Insigniam Executive Summit to fulfill a request from clients to meet and network with other executives who are leading breakthroughs, innovation, and transformation in their companies.

The event starts on June 3rd with dinner; a unique opportunity to informally connect with like-minded peers, expand your network, and exchange ideas.
On June 4th, participants will come together for the Executive Summit to identify how to leverage being human in the new work world that is quickly emerging. For example, how do we lead in this type of environment? How do jobs and ways of working need to be re-designed? The day will consist of a keynote speaker, an executive panel of experts, working groups to develop prototypes, innovative thinking, and future-based design.
Keynote Speaker and Executive Panelists
Bob Skinstad, Former Captain of the South African Rugby Team
On June 4th, participants will come together for Keynote Speaker, Bob Skinstad, the former captain of the South African rugby team, the Springboks! His conversation is entitled “The Crazy Brave” and speaks to human beings rising to challenging moments.
Former South American rugby captain turned entrepreneur and broadcaster. Bob represented the South African national team, the Springboks, and was part of the team to win the 2007 Rugby World Cup. He has spent the past twenty years of his career working across a multitude of industries in the UK, South Africa, and beyond, including advertising, media, sports, and technology.
We will also engage with an executive panel of experts to hear about the challenges and wins in leading a digital transformation. The featured panelists are Ettienne Brandt, Rita Khan, and Dr. Bradley Leibovich.
Ettienne Brandt leads the Business Division at Frontier Communications, helping build Gigabit America as an Executive Vice President.
Rita Khan leads the consumer agenda to align products, services, and digital capabilities to meet the needs of nearly 100 million patients and members who interact with Optum, a UnitedHealth Group company.
Dr. Bradley Leibovich is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, design, and implementation of Mayo Clinic’s digital road map. He is also the chair of the Department of Urology at Mayo Clinic.
