The new CEO of an automobile service company needed to build alignment with the Board of Directors, and ease tensions among members of the executive team, namely the Chief Financial and Chief Merchandising Officers.

Individual interviews revealed the historical issues that were forming the current cultural norms, attitudes, and behaviors. Through the breakthrough group sessions and coaching in breakthrough performance, the CEO gained the Board’s trust and alignment on overall strategy.
