An entertainment industry company President aimed to strengthen his senior management team, which experienced diffused leadership with a very directive President, and Vice Presidents who often waited for his lead, failing to demonstrate the type of leadership the President expected of his senior executives.

Insigniam interviewed a dozen top executives to better understand the issues and followed up with a three-day Leadership Intensive workshop and individual executive coaching. Participants recognized their self-imposed limitations and saw what was possible from a whole new perspective. They designed work-related leadership projects that broke from the trends and norms of the past, generating breakthrough results in many areas of the business.

The President and Vice President participants reported stronger relationships and alignment with their peers resulting in more effective leadership. Their projects generated millions of dollars of value for the company and provided clear indications of breakthroughs in the executives’ performance.
