At the request of many of our clients, Insigniam is opening two leadership development tracts designed for the C-Suite and another designed for Director / VP level executives who are interested in adding dimension and breadth to their leadership actions.
The Inspirational Leader is designed for Directors and Vice Presidents who are being asked to add new dimensions and capabilities to impact the performance of others in their existing leadership portfolio. In this three-day program, participants will discover new actions to take, new conversations to have, and novel approaches to mobilize their organizations and teams to produce breakthrough results. Intended outcomes of the program:

- You have a demonstrated capability and capacity for working with your colleagues across and through your organization to produce impact and results beyond business-as-usual.

The Inspirational Leader is three day working session and is limited to 30 people. In addition to the working session participants receive executive coaching for three months, a psychometric report on their leadership preferences, psychometric report on their personality preferences, a leadership project with measured ROI and two virtual group follow up sessions.

Each participant will receive executive coaching for 3 months provided by an Insigniam consultant to assure that he or she will reliably put into everyday practice the new ways of thinking and being learned through the program.
