A financial service organization within a large consulting firm hired Insigniam to help design the leadership development program for partners and junior partners reaching their five-year mark.

These partners and junior partners participated in a customized version of Insigniam’s Leadership Intensive program. The intensive focused on distinguishing leadership from management and challenged the partners to practice their leadership skills by taking on a Breakthrough Project initiative.

Each participant in the Leadership Intensive program delivered on an individual Breakthrough Project that returned at lease five times ROI back to the company.
