For more than twenty-five years, Ashley Tappan has partnered with senior executives to elevate leadership, ignite innovation, and deliver breakthrough results. She has worked with clients across healthcare, biotechnology, consumer goods, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations to strengthen performance and transform how leaders work.

Ashley is dedicated to delivering measurable value to clients. Most recently, she led a leadership acceleration program for a major healthcare system, preparing emerging leaders for expanded roles while generating $3.18 million in new revenue, expanding service lines, enhancing engagement and retention, and reducing operational waste.

She is known for equipping leaders to translate vision into action and creating the conditions that enable executives to deliver significant growth. Ashley works with executives to remove barriers to performance and build cultures that sustain transformation.

Before joining Insigniam, Ashley led leadership and high-performance training at a national telecommunications company. She holds a B.A. from Indiana University, where she also competed as a cyclist. A former triathlete, coach, and published author, she continues to write and speak on leadership, transformation, and performance.
