Aligning Senior Management Team Results in Increased Sales and Stronger Overseas Operations
The President of an entertainment industry leader sought to increase alignment among his Vice Presidents who were focused on their individual functions, and at times egos, to the detriment of the whole. The President’s command and control leadership style also disempowered the Executive Vice Presidents.
Over the course of a one-year engagement, the team participated in group sessions and individual executive coaching where they learned and put to use breakthrough tools and methodologies.
