A food product company had an initiative to create the company to be a leader in innovation. They were designing a conference on innovation and wanted to include Insigniam’s breakthrough methodology in the conference.

The conference included outside innovative thinkers who brought a unique perspective on innovation. They invited IDEO, Daniel Pink, and Insigniam to represent three different methods of innovative thought leadership.

During the conference, Insigniam provided breakout sessions for each of the business unit groups that focused on adopting innovative communication practices. People learned to think differently about how they work and communicate. They demonstrated a level of conversation that fosters innovation and is a break from business-as-usual talk.
