A large pharmaceutical company with an imperative to develop future leaders, hired Insigniam’s leadership development consultants to design and implement an internal leadership development program. The program included the grooming and benchmarking of the next level of leadership.

This was the company’s first major investment in leadership development. Two leadership projects came out of the engagement including streamlining business processes and a pilot for bringing electronic data capture technology to the laboratories.

Participants in the program had an opportunity to learn Insigniam’s breakthrough performance methodology as well as gain a broader perspective of the pharmaceutical company. This enabled participants to think more strategically and gain an appreciation for the business as a whole.
