Rapid Integration of Acquired Manufacturing and R&D Site
Following its first acquisition, a pharmaceutical organization needed to integrate the purchased company. The acquisition had the potential to serve as a secondary manufacturing site as well as a potential R&D site. The faster the integration occurred the sooner the benefits of expansion would be realized.
Insigniam’s pharmaceutical management consultants engaged the entire company in breakthrough thinking methodology. As part of an enterprise-wide transformation initiative, everyone across all functions in the company had the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a strategic context. This provided the necessary alignment to commit to near-term goals and objectives.
Through ongoing coaching and strategic planning, each functional area took ownership of enterprise-critical projects that would accelerate the integration of the recent acquisition.
